All product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products. Prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes or shipping costs unless stated otherwise.
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Payment is processed through secure third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal). You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect when the charges are incurred.
We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or other factors outside our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unworn, in original condition with all packaging and tags. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
All Frozen Time timepieces come with a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, battery replacement, damage from misuse, or unauthorized repairs. To claim warranty service, proof of purchase is required.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frozen Time shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or products purchased. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany.
